The Great Gatsby (Modern Classics (Penguin))
Absolutely loved this book, cannot believe that i had not read it before.The story was great, well paced, well thought out and an ending that I was not expecting.
Scott Fitzgerald's writing style is wonderful, he has a lovely turn of phrase, and although it was not the easiest read to start with I soon got swept along with his style. The evocation of 1920's Long island society was great, and I cannot wait to read another of his novels.
